Apprentice Receptionist/Administrator - Bolton

The position is for someone to join a Vets’ practice as a front of house receptionist and administrator. The candidate in this role will be to meet and greet clients and run the diary booking in appointments and treatments for patients. The candidate will be required to answer the phone and also speak face to face with individuals and with regards to their pet. The person will be required to be sympathetic to those people who’s animal is very old and sick and offer advise to new owners with regards to their pet. The role will include a varied routine of administration tasks including faxing, filing of records, records maintenance and updates, diary management, dealing with prescription requests and data base for treatment records.
