Damar is working with one of the region’s leading employers to recruit apprentices for customer service roles. 

Part of a friendly team of customer service advisers you will learn to: 

• Respond to and resolve customer enquiries. 

• Identify opportunities to promote and sell additional products and services. 

• Ensure that the customer always feels valued. 

As well as an excellent in-house induction and training programme, you will be following an apprenticeship in customer service with Damar Training. 

You will be…

• Aged 16-18 (because of government funding restrictions) 

• Enthusiastic and hard-working 

• Passionate about developing your skills and delivering fantastic service to customers.
• Basic salary of £16K+, plus bonus, plus benefits
