We are doing all that we can to encourage new learners during the recession. In our experience young employees who are working towards apprenticeships are more likely to find and retain jobs than employees without relevant qualifications. As a result we are extending our offer of the following incentives to new learners and their friends!
o If you are aged between 16 and 24 and have found your own job then Damar will pay you £50 when you become an apprentice with us.
o If you introduce a new learner who has a job and is aged between 16 and 24 then you and your friend will each receive a £50 thank you from Damar.
